DESCRIPTION

The ManuTrain active support stabilizes the wrist. Its even circular compression provides relief and offers a secure hold. Movements of the hand and fingers create a beneficial intermittent compression massage. This massage effect relieves pain, improves the metabolism and stimulates the muscles. Two viscoelastic support pads protect the nerves and bony protrusions against pressure peaks, and additionally offer a gentle massage action during movement. The pain relieving and muscle activating effects of the support are therefore further enhanced. The level of stabilization of the support can be increased with an insertable stay, and further enhanced with a Velcro® strap. The insertable stay can be adjusted and keeps the wrist in a functional position offering further relief. The Velcro® strap is pulled tight over the support and enhances circular compression. The breathable knit of the ManuTrain is comfortable to wear on the skin. The anatomical shape guarantees a secure hold and high wearing comfort. Whilst elastic edges prevent constriction. The seam-free comfort zone between thumb and index finger protects the sensitive tendon compartments against irritation when gripping.

HELP ON HAND

The anatomically shaped active support ManuTrain supports, stabilizes and massages providing proper pain relief. Its three-dimensional knit adapts to the body, does not slip and boosts the circulation. Two pads remove the pressure from nerves and blood vessels. The adaptable stay can be added for a greater stabilizing effect.

The breathable, skin-friendly knitted fabric adapts to your every movement, without cutting into you or slipping. This is why the material is softer and more elastic at the edge of the support. In this way, ManuTrain® promotes healing and mobility in the hand.

PRODUCT CARE

Washing regularly helps our supports maintain their shape and last longer. All Bauerfeind supports are made with machine washable materials.

HERE’S HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR BRACE:

For products with Velcro® straps, pads or inserts, remove them if possible, or fasten them securely at the place provided on the brace. Machine wash your brace in cold water using the gentle or delicate cycle. Wash separately using a laundry detergent with no additives (do not use fabric softener or Woolite). Lay your support flat and let it air-dry; do not put it in the dryer.

Proper washing and drying helps your knit support maintain its elasticity and original fit.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Orders of £30 or more qualify for free delivery. For orders under £30, a £3.95 delivery charge will apply.
• We only accept orders with a UK delivery address.
• The product price you see on our website includes VAT.
• All deliveries are by courier service and should arrive within 3 – 5 working days.  Leave safe and delivery to a neighbour have been disabled on our DPD account due to security reasons.
• DPD will deliver but will not ask for a signature, they usually take a photo of the parcel in the open doorway of the delivery address.  If you are not at home you can chose what happens to your parcel via the "in flight" options via the DPD app or tracking page.

RETURNS & REFUND INFORMATION

• You can return any product up to 14 days following receipt of the item. (please note that the return must be returned to us within 14 days from delivery).
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.
• You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.
• We will only refund the shipping cost, should we have picked the wrong product in error, or it is proven to be faulty.
• Before returning an item, please contact us by email orders@brace-yourself.co.uk or by phone 0800 3688964.  We will give you a returns number, together with details on how and where to return your item.  Please note, we cannot process a return without an authorised returns number.
• Returns will be processed and refunded within 15 working days from receipt of the item into our returns department and on the basis that it complies fully with our terms and conditions.
• Refunds will be paid to your purchasing card.
• If you are looking to exchange an item based on a sizing issue, please make the customer service team aware when you contact them for a returns number.
• When returning a product, please be aware that this is at your risk until received by us.  We therefore strongly recommend you return the item using a tracked service with insurance cover, in case of damage or loss.
• We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if we deem it to be in an unsuitable condition. 
• Hygiene notice:
  For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pillows that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
