DESCRIPTION

The EpiPoint orthosis has a targeted effect on irritated attachment sites at the elbow. Its viscoelastic five-point pad exerts exact compression on the muscle-tendon junction to change the pull on the bone tendon attachment site of the radial or ulnar muscles in such a way that it leads to a relieving effect. Irritated and inflamed areas can heal more quickly. The level of circumferential pressure can be individually and continuously adjusted using EpiPoint’s Velcro® strap. The red warning section on the strap helps prevent applying too much pressure on the area. EpiPoint closes securely and fits perfectly. Depending on how it is positioned, the elbow strap provides relief for tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow and can be worn on both the left and right forearm. The EpiPoint’s soft terrycloth top cover makes it very comfortable to wear directly on the skin.

AN ACE FOR TENNIS ELBOW

The EpiPoint elbow support fastens around the forearm by means of a Velcro® strap. The elastic adjustable band allows the level of compression to be set as required. The pad has three nubbed zones which provide targeted compression to the affected area of the arm muscle. This relieves pressure on the tendon attachments, stimulates healing and alleviates arm pain.

EFFECTIVE ON BOTH THE RIGHT AND THE LEFT

The pad in the elbow support can be rotated around the central axis and refastened with a Velcro® fastener, so the EpiPoint can be worn on either the left or the right forearm as required. A small indicator window shows whether the pad is currently set for the right or the left arm. The flat strap has a terrycloth lining and can easily be worn under a sweater or a shirt.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Orders of £30 or more qualify for free delivery. For orders under £30, a £3.95 delivery charge will apply.
• We only accept orders with a UK delivery address.
• The product price you see on our website includes VAT.
• All deliveries are by courier service and should arrive within 3 – 5 working days.  Leave safe and delivery to a neighbour have been disabled on our DPD account due to security reasons.
• DPD will deliver but will not ask for a signature, they usually take a photo of the parcel in the open doorway of the delivery address.  If you are not at home you can chose what happens to your parcel via the "in flight" options via the DPD app or tracking page.

RETURNS & REFUND INFORMATION

• You can return any product up to 14 days following receipt of the item. (please note that the return must be returned to us within 14 days from delivery).
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.
• You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.
• We will only refund the shipping cost, should we have picked the wrong product in error, or it is proven to be faulty.
• Before returning an item, please contact us by email orders@brace-yourself.co.uk or by phone 0800 3688964.  We will give you a returns number, together with details on how and where to return your item.  Please note, we cannot process a return without an authorised returns number.
• Returns will be processed and refunded within 15 working days from receipt of the item into our returns department and on the basis that it complies fully with our terms and conditions.
• Refunds will be paid to your purchasing card.
• If you are looking to exchange an item based on a sizing issue, please make the customer service team aware when you contact them for a returns number.
• When returning a product, please be aware that this is at your risk until received by us.  We therefore strongly recommend you return the item using a tracked service with insurance cover, in case of damage or loss.
• We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if we deem it to be in an unsuitable condition. 
• Hygiene notice:
  For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pillows that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
